Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Inseo — accounts, page optimisation, downloads, hosted publishing, plans, and related features.
1. Acceptance of terms
Agreement
By creating an account or using Inseo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Inseo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Description of the service
Inseo
Inseo helps you generate optimised page versions and related guidance for URLs you choose, with modes such as SEO, GEO, and Balanced. Depending on your plan, you may download generated pages and related files, and/or publish an approved optimised page on a branded subdomain hosted by Inseo. Features and quality may vary by plan.
Plans and limits
Free and paid plans include different monthly generation (token) allowances and capabilities. Hosted publishing on a customer subdomain is available on eligible plans (currently Enterprise Plan). Limits reset according to your billing period. Exceeding limits may block further generations until the next period or an upgrade.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA) for the Service or for hosted pages. Maintenance, cloud-provider outages (including Cloudflare), DNS or certificate delays, or third-party model availability may temporarily affect the Service or hosted pages.
No professional advice
Optimised pages and recommendations are tooling outputs, not legal, SEO, or marketing advice. You remain responsible for reviewing, adapting, and deploying changes to your sites.
No guarantee on generation quality or performance
We do not warrant that any generated or optimised page will meet your expectations, be error-free, be suitable for publication, or achieve any particular business, SEO, GEO, traffic, ranking, conversion, or revenue result. Generation quality depends on source pages, inputs, plan tier, model behaviour, and other factors outside our control. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE PERFORMANCE, EFFECTIVENESS, OR OUTCOMES OF GENERATED OR OPTIMISED PAGES — WHETHER DOWNLOADED, PUBLISHED ON INSEO HOSTING, OR USED ELSEWHERE.
3. Optimised pages, download, and hosted publishing
Download
Where available, you may download optimised page HTML and related artefacts (such as analysis or structured-data drafts) for your own use or to hand off to your team or developer. Downloaded files are under your control once obtained; you are responsible for how you store, modify, and publish them outside Inseo.
Hosted publishing
On eligible plans, you may publish an approved optimised page on a subdomain you control (for example go.yourdomain.com/path). The page is hosted on Inseo infrastructure delivered via Cloudflare (DNS, HTTPS/TLS, and edge delivery). Hosted publishing is intended for a landing page separate from your main website; it does not replace or modify your primary site unless you choose to point traffic there.
Your domain and DNS
You must own or be authorised to use any domain or subdomain you connect. You are responsible for creating and maintaining the DNS records we provide, and for any impact those records have on your domain. SSL certificates are typically issued automatically via Cloudflare after DNS validation; delays or failures in DNS or certificate issuance are outside our sole control.
Content and safety on hosted pages
Before a page goes live, Inseo may strip or block executable scripts, unsafe URLs, embeds, redirects, and similar risky content. Only limited trusted interactions may remain. You must not attempt to circumvent these controls. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and claims made on any page you publish.
You are the publisher toward visitors
When a page is live on your subdomain, you are the publisher and operator of that page toward your visitors and end users. Inseo provides hosting infrastructure only. We have no contract with your visitors, and we are not responsible for their experience, reliance on your content, purchases, or any loss or damage they claim in connection with a hosted page.
No uptime guarantee for hosted pages
Hosted pages may be unavailable, slow, or unreachable from time to time. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR HOSTED-PAGE DOWNTIME, DEGRADED PERFORMANCE, DNS OR SSL FAILURES, CLOUDFLARE OR OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE OUTAGES, OR ANY RESULTING LOSS TO YOU OR TO YOUR VISITORS OR END USERS.
Revisions, unpublish, and suspension
You may turn a hosted page on or off and restore prior revisions where the product allows. We may suspend, unpublish, or remove a hosted page if it violates these Terms, creates security or abuse risk, infringes third-party rights, or if your plan or account ends. When hosted publishing ends, live URLs on Inseo infrastructure may stop resolving.
Search and crawler discovery
Hosted pages are delivered through Cloudflare. Where enabled on our infrastructure, Cloudflare Crawler Hints may automatically notify participating search engines and crawlers when hosted content likely changes (for example after publish, update, unpublish, or cache refresh), including through the IndexNow protocol. You may also opt in to additional IndexNow notifications from the product when you publish or from the studio. These signals are intended to speed discovery only; they do not guarantee indexing, ranking, AI citation, or removal timing. By publishing on Inseo hosting, you instruct us to operate hosted delivery and these discovery features on your behalf and acknowledge that Cloudflare may process URLs and related signals under Cloudflare's terms, including Crawler Hints supplemental terms where applicable.
4. Your responsibilities
Acceptable use
You may use Inseo only for lawful purposes. You must have the right to submit URLs and content you process through the Service, and the right to publish content on any subdomain you connect.
Prohibited activities
You may not: (a) attempt unauthorized access to our systems or Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure; (b) disrupt or abuse the Service; (c) reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law; (d) use outputs to build a competing product by scraping or systematic extraction; (e) submit or publish malware, phishing, fraudulent offers, or other unlawful content; (f) use hosted publishing to impersonate others or mislead visitors about who operates the page.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
Accuracy of information
You represent that account, billing, and domain/DNS information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
5. Payment and billing
Fees
Paid plan prices are shown on Pricing or in Account. Fees are charged through PayPal. Taxes may apply as required by law.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically for each billing period unless cancelled according to the product flow (typically at period end).
Cancellation
You may cancel or downgrade from Account. Paid access (including hosted publishing and other plan features) continues until the end of the current billing period; new plan limits take effect then. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Invoices
You can download invoices for completed payments from Account → Billing history.
6. Intellectual property
Our IP
Inseo, including software, branding, hosting infrastructure configuration, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your content and outputs
You retain rights in content you submit (such as URLs and site material). Subject to your plan and these Terms, you may use generated optimised pages — whether downloaded or published via Inseo hosting — for your own sites and clients. We may use submitted and generated content as needed to operate, host, secure, and improve the Service.
Feedback
Feedback you provide may be used freely to improve Inseo without obligation to you.
7. Privacy
Privacy Policy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Third-party processors
Payments, email, AI model providers, and hosting/CDN partners (including Cloudflare for hosted pages) may process data as described in the Privacy Policy and their own terms.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
As-is service
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, INSEO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee ranking, traffic, conversion, continuous uptime of hosted pages, third-party DNS, or AI-search outcomes. Optimised-page quality and hosted delivery depend on source pages, plan tier, your DNS configuration, and factors outside our control.
Your review obligation
You must review all generated outputs before download, publication, or other use. Any decision to rely on, publish, or implement an optimised page is yours alone.
9. Limitation of liability
Indirect damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL — INCLUDING ANY LOSS ARISING FROM THE QUALITY OR PERFORMANCE OF GENERATED OR OPTIMISED PAGES, HOSTED-PAGE DOWNTIME OR DEGRADED PERFORMANCE, DNS OR CERTIFICATE FAILURES, CLOUDFLARE OR OTHER CDN/INFRASTRUCTURE OUTAGES, OR CLAIMS BY YOUR VISITORS OR END USERS.
No liability for optimised-page outcomes
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR LOSS RELATED TO HOW A GENERATED OR OPTIMISED PAGE PERFORMS IN SEARCH, AI ANSWERS, ADVERTISING, CONVERSIONS, SALES, BRAND PERCEPTION, OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS METRIC.
No liability to your end users
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, VISITORS, OR OTHER END USERS OF ANY PAGE YOU DOWNLOAD OR PUBLISH (INCLUDING ON INSEO HOSTING). ANY CLAIMS BY THOSE PERSONS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Cap
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR INSEO IN THAT PERIOD.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service; content you download or publish (including on hosted subdomains); reliance on generated or optimised pages; your sites or domains; claims by your visitors or end users; or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
10. Termination
By you
You may stop using Inseo, unpublish hosted pages, and cancel paid plans from Account.
By us
We may suspend or terminate access, and unpublish hosted pages, if you breach these Terms, create risk, or fail to pay fees when due.
Effect
On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and hosted pages on Inseo infrastructure may be disabled. Provisions that should survive (IP, payment, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) remain in effect. Downloaded files already in your possession are not automatically deleted by us.
11. Governing law
Law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
Disputes
Subject to mandatory consumer law, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
12. General
Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding Inseo and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
