Privacy policy
How Inseo collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you create accounts, generate optimised pages, download or host them, and manage subscriptions.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you register or sign in, we collect details you provide such as your name and email address. If you use Google sign-in, we receive basic profile information from Google needed to create or authenticate your account.
Billing information
Paid plans are processed by PayPal. We store subscription status, plan tier, billing period dates, and payment records needed for invoices and support. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Product usage data
When you use Inseo we process project and page URLs you submit, generation requests, optimised-page outputs, download activity, hosted-publishing settings (such as subdomain and path), usage/token counters, and related settings so we can deliver and improve the product.
Hosted page technical data
If you publish a page on Inseo hosting, our infrastructure and Cloudflare may process technical data needed to serve the page (for example DNS/SSL status, request logs, and security signals). Where enabled on our infrastructure, Cloudflare Crawler Hints may also process hosted page URLs and change signals and share them with participating search engines and crawlers (including via IndexNow) to notify them when content likely changed. Optional IndexNow pings you enable in the product are separate, user-controlled signals for the same purpose. Visitor analytics beyond what is required to operate hosting are subject to your cookie and product settings where applicable.
Technical data
We automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, device signals, approximate location derived from IP (where applicable), cookies or similar technologies, and logs needed for security, rate limiting, and reliability.
2. How we use your information
Providing Inseo
We use your information to authenticate you, generate and store optimised pages, enable download and hosted publishing, enforce plan limits, process upgrades and cancellations, and show billing history and invoices.
Transactional communications
We send emails required to operate your account, including verification, password reset, two-factor codes, plan change confirmations, and invoice-related notices. Optional product emails (such as generation-complete notices) can be controlled in Account → Email preferences.
Security and abuse prevention
We use technical and account data to protect the service, prevent fraud or abuse, debug failures, and meet legal obligations.
Product improvement
We may analyze aggregated or de-identified usage patterns to improve blueprint quality, performance, and the overall Inseo experience.
3. Sharing and disclosure
Service providers
We share data with trusted processors that help us run Inseo — for example hosting and CDN (including Cloudflare for hosted pages), email delivery, analytics (when enabled), AI model providers, and PayPal for payments. They may only use your data to provide services to us under appropriate agreements.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Inseo, our users, or others.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing.
4. Security and retention
Security measures
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Retention
We keep account, project, generation, hosted-page, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Hosted pages may be removed when unpublished, your plan no longer includes hosting, or your account is closed.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact info@nbs-uae.com for privacy requests, or info@inseo.ai for account-related help.
Email preferences
You can turn optional product emails on or off in Account. Billing and security emails cannot be disabled because they are required to operate your account safely.
7. Changes to this policy
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
Continued use
Continued use of Inseo after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
